The only negative is it takes an act of God to get an appointment. You cant just call and make an appt or reschedule. You will have to wait on the phone for the answering service to pick up, take all your information and have a scheduler call you back. If you miss her call then you have to start the process over again. Just not very convenient or easy

Thank God for Dr Tasan and Vivian. Now Eugene is receiving the quality care he needs. I can't recommend them enough. They are the best.

Dr Passarelli and his staff in the office are absolutely wonderful, helpful, and kind, but the front desk lady at the testing center, Tina, is the absolute worst. She is extremely rude, not friendly, and seems like she has no clue what she's doing and laughs and carries on personal conversations instead of helping the people waiting at the window. Please replace her! She is giving your clinic a bad name!

Great medical care but the front office staff are rude and overworked. And they no longer answer their phones. They are impossible to reach. It appears they have permanently transferred their phones to their answering service.

I am not sure about this place or the Dr. because I have only seen the Dr once time for 5 min before I had my Heart Cath done and that was it. That was over 3 years ago. I have seen the NP a couple of times and she was nice. I still have irregular heat beats but they say I'm ok. One other thing and I'm sorry ladies but the office staff in Pascagoula Is a lot nicer than in Ocean springs. Idk if I went on bad days or what but they ate always in a ugly moods.
