About Dr. V. Reid Cotten, M.D.
Dr. Cotten earned his medical degree at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, before completing his residency in internal medicine at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. He then completed his fellowship in cardiology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Cotten is board certified in cardiovascular diseases. He is also a member of the MS State Medical Board and the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Cotten also enjoys serving on the board of the Lantern Medical Clinic, which is a Christian non-profit organization for patients who have no medical insurance.
