A native of Yazoo City, MS, Dr. Gary graduated from Manchester Academy and later received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Biomedical Engineering from Mississippi State University. He then attended the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, earning his medical degree, followed by a residency in internal medicine. Dr. Gary completed his training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a fellowship in cardiovascular disease, where he additionally served as chief cardiology fellow. Dr. Gary is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and echocardiography. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Gary now resides in Jackson with his wife, Randi, and his dog, Loki.

The atmosphere is very nice and spacious, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The wait time was about what you would expect. Dr Gary spends time with you as if you are his only patient. Thanking my Cardiologist front receptionist for her professionalism on the phone while trying to get an earlier appointment , she was very polite and helpful on the phone and when I saw her personally her kind and sweet demeanor and smile made all the difference. My nurse seems to continue with the professional atmosphere that was started on the phone, she was very polite, friendly and thorough as she collected the information for the visit with my Cardiologist!! She made me feel relaxed and secure. My Cardiologist I am so thankful for him. He greeted me with a friendly and concerned attitude asking how have I been doing? He also discuss my test that was done, showing concern ed about my B/P and discussing his recommendations for the treatment. Over all I was pleased with my visit!! My first visit was inspiring Dr.Gary and his staff was kind and considerate how I was feeling and they explain everything to me and assured me I would be well taken of they all were respectful with my health.
Dr Gary is very nice and he was empathetic to my needs and emotions. I got a lil emotional when talking to him because I was worried about my diagnoses.He went above and beyond to call me with good news and I was so grateful for that. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Dr Gary.
Dr Gary is excellent. Very caring and understanding. Great personality. I always recommend him to my friends. He went above and beyond yesterday. After chatting I mentioned pain in my legs, discoloration and a few other symptoms. He said if I'm willing to wait a minute he would go see Dr Lowe and see if she could see me today so it would save me an hour n half trip. Amazingly Dr Lowe was willing. She came in in a few minutes, very pleasant and gave detailed explanation that I had peripheral artery disease in my legs and needed surgery. She answered all my questions and not in a rush even though I had no appointment. Surgery scheduled for next week. Two awesome caring doctors. Highly recommend both.
