Jackson Heart Clinic

My recent experience with Jackson Heart Clinic was my appointment with Dr Brown @ the Ridgeland clinic, followed by heart stress testing at the Jackson clinic. My visit with Dr Brown was exceptional- he went above and beyond to listen, comfort, and assure me that he was in this journey with me. He defines the best of the best! My testing experience was equally as impressive- they made me feel comfortable and confident that they had full control of my needs. The were totally comforting during all testing. I am so very thankful to have Dr Brown and the testing team of clinicians in charge of my health!

10. My experience with Jackson Heart was great. Everyone was so professional and kind throughout my tests. The cardiologist assigned to me, Dr Harkins, was thorough in his assessment and the tests I needed. He called me himself to give me the results. I would absolutely refer anyone to Jackson Heart!!!

I have heard that the cardiologists here are wonderful. I made an appointment due to having chest pains. After dealing with the front desk staff, I decided not to proceed with my appointment. They were very rude and I refuse to deal with unprofessionalism right off the bat. I ended up being a no call no show. I wasn't trying to be inconsiderate but I refused to even call back to cancel because that would have meant dealing with rude people again. I am part of a front desk staff and the most important thing I do is making sure my clients feel welcomed. We are supposed to be warm and inviting. This front desk staff needs some work. Y'all lost business due to unprofessionalism. I got my referral moved to Baptist.

Very exceptional service from check in to completed visit. Dr. Reid Cotton and his team are great!! Really appreciate the time he takes to talk with you and listen. He's your good friend watching out for your well being.

I've always had great service and care at the Jackson Heart Clinic. The doctors and staff are very attentive and take the time to hear what I have to say, answer any questions, as well as explain what tests or plans they have for me. Dr. Mulholland is my doctor; he is the best as far as I'm concerned and his nurse is very sweet. The front desk staff has always been quite friendly and efficient in getting me checked in and checked out after my visit. I highly recommend them to anyone needing care of their heart.
