The scheduling here is terrible!!! I called three times and the receptionist gave me various appointment dates and couldn't find his name in the system twice when they're the ones that scheduled it. The previous doctor sent the referral the same day because someone from this office called my husband from this place to schedule him and he gave my number. I, his wife, did the scheduling and got his appointment for 9/10/2005 because i had one. Glad I called the before because they lost his referral. Ok, fast forward to appointment day. Get here at 9:10 am to fill out paperwork since appointment was for 9:45. 11:07 am, still sitting here waiting while other people have went in and out and gone. I asked the receptionist what's the problem. I was here on time and you should have been checked to see what his copay was before arrival to ensure patients have the money before coming. The wait here is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! 11:28 am still waiting. 11:50, finally went into a room.My husband had his blood pressure taken, vitals, and ekg done in less than 10 minutes. That part went well and quickly. FINALLY, doctor comes in ar12:22 p.m. Dr. Was thorough and asking the right questions to see what his ailments was. More test was suggested. A lot of test done in office which Ioved. Dr. Badero was straight to the point and honest after meeting him. I guess if you want thoroughness, this is a good recommendation as far as the doctor is concerned. Great Health is Wealth!
