Had a first time visit at Baptist Heart with Dr. Jeremy White. He was everything described to me when we met. Very nice, pleasant, and caring. I like that he was attentive and made me feel comfortable. I did get a good report. He also has a great staff, and everyone greeted me with a smile and professionalism. That's always a plus. Thanks!!
Dr BERMAN is very personable, thorough and wanted to b certain my Mom understood everything he told her. He was also transparent. He told us what was needed and at the same time told us what we did NOT need. He sure did make my deaf Mother FEEL important to him. And that's what mattered to ME. I'd recommend this Electrocardiologist to anyone.
I've always had good success with my nurses and doctor. The check-in people have always been pleasant in business like. I had complained about the checkout process and people being on their phones and not really taking care of Baptist business. I always have a wonderful experience at Baptist Heart. They are so friendly and helpful and my cardiologist Dr. Chris Waterer is amazing and cares about the wellbeing of his patients. He has been my cardiologist for years when I was working at River Oaks Hospital in Flowood and he was with Jackson Heart. I am so glad to have a great physician like him who does an outstanding job.
I was told I was going have one procedure, and that procedure was not done, but another procedure for a CT scan was. After they did some blood work they came back and said my creatinine levels were too high to do the CT scan. Now I'm going to have the original procedure that I was told I was going to get in the first place, because my creatinine level were too high. I had a blood test on my initial visit and they should have known that then. It makes me wonder if information that was taken earlier was passed on to the correct people when I came back for the other test.
