In October 2025 I was in sudden need of an evaluation of my heart for surgery and Dr. Douglas was appointed to my care. She and her nurses were very attentive to me and she knowing how badly I wanted and needed the surgery still let me know that I needed to put the surgery off until farther testing was done on my heart. As far as Jackson Heart Clinic goes I'm very satisfied with the treatment I received from the moment I entered the facility. The wait period wasn't long either before I was called back and seen by the doctor and I LOVE THAT PART!!!! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a Heart Clinic!!!!

Dr. Douglas is such a gem! Especially now when MDs treat their patients like another MRN number. She sees the person, and listen to their concerns. Her care is exemplary and demeanor is friendly and welcoming. It is scary having my husband need a Cardiologist at such a young age but Dr. Douglas's true heart for the profession gives me confidence in his recovery.
