Scheduled 2 months ahead of time to have C-section at 7 am and 2 weeks before I was scheduled they canceled and changed me to the 12 o'clock slot because they wouldn't have anastesia there said they only do sections at that time 2 days a week which should be unacceptable a mother having surgery should have option for first appointment. Then on preregistration the lady wasn't very kind and kept telling me I needed to put money on account for having the baby and I've already met my deductible and paid the doctor off she just kept insisting on it as to which I did not they canceled bill insurance then if for some reason there is any more money owed they canceled bill insurance bill me there is no since in harassing people over money ahead of time when you don't know how much the bill is or is going to be. Other than those things I had a great experience my doctor the nurses and surgical team were top notch!

Third mayor emergency surgery since May of this year.. I can say with everything I have been through the staff and doctors at Wesley have been AMAZING. I don't have one complaint. No other doctors would listen to me and when I could have died went to Wesley and they listened every time. I can't thank the staff enough and Dr.Girod and Josh have been the only doctors who took anything seriously not only twice but a third time. Thank y'all so much

I walked into the emergency room and was greeted and called back to be put into a room very quickly. ALL the nurses and doctors were very professional and caring. I would like to nominate two nurses for the Daisy Award because they went above and beyond their job description. ER-Ester and 3rd floor nurse Isabella. They both explained procedures and constantly checked on me because I was scared. You could see that they were genuine people who cared about their patients. Both of these ladies deserve to be recognized for their work. Merit Hospital is truly blessed to have them as employees.

I have to be honest the first time I came to the facility was not impressed. Back in April Employee she made me feel like I was bothering her or she didn't have time. This recent experience, the lady was patient very caring and she actually talk to me like a human being. I'm grateful for that lady that I met today changed my mind about how the company is running business. Being kind does not cost anything, especially when you encounter a person that is struggling in life.

Physical therapy for the last two months for Parkinson's. Excellent experience with Katie-very knowledgeable and professional. Good encourager. Very helpful. The other therapists and receptionist were friendly and helpful. Great team overall! Highly recommended
