You can pick apart the administrative, paper pushers, at any larger business and you could here too everything is too rushed like commissioning. Pay the secretaries so they can take the time to get everything ironed out. I thought i was getting at the end of my rope i found out I had [ ] Bilateral protusio acetabuli at 68 it hurts so bad I just laid down move around if no other way. LSS lucky my roommates found me I'm 280 blocking my door. I got to use Trump's newly made ventilator it got to save me. I thought I'd just be back to pain and depression but no slowly looking back over the week or 10 day I have been here I have a new drive to my life again my Dr Philyam said I think you're going to get better but you have to want to. Follow what I tell you with a funny smile, oh boy how is this going to take, at least 10 days at the rehabilitation center. Nothings going to change in 10 days with me, it hasn't before, that was 2 days ago. I'm now wanting to walk by myself up and down the hallway, you can't without a nurse. Everytime I see a nurse i holler. The food, vegetables, and fresh fruit, today the pot roast was just like prime rib. I'm wondering about dinner while I polish off these great tasting berries. I don't know what God wants with me, you can feel it through the people here genuine people. I'm going to update this when I get back from rehabilitation cause I really feel something special here.

My adult autistic son came in about 5 days ago with some issues and what I can say is this..
The ER-fast and attentive..never kept me waiting for test results and always spoke to my son as well as me. Always asked if our needs were being met.
Inpatient - if I was financially secure enough, I'd pay for every RN, Tech and EVS tech to take a vacation.
Y'all are phenomenal!!!!
From the time he became impatient, he was catered to medically, emotionally, physically, and everything in between.
My son's autistic (mild functioning) and the staff alwayssss spoke to him directly, while also including me in his care plan.and what was to come... I've never experienced this type of care and compassion!
The staff on floor 2. We y'all!!!
Thank you for SUPERIOR CARE!!!
YOUR FACILITY SHOULD BE THE POSTER CHILD FOR THE STANDARDS OF MEDICAL CARE AND SUPPORT

If I could give NO stars I would!!
5:30 a.m.
My husband was checked in with a fever, a horrible headache, and body aches. They tested him for COVID and the flu at 5:42 a.m.
The first nurse, Jordan, came in and said that the doctor, Andrew Marsh, was "putting out fires" and would come in afterward, but she didn't know how long it would take.
After waiting about 45 minutes while my husband was in excruciating pain, I went out to ask Jordan if he could get any medicine and how much longer it might be. She responded rudely, saying, "Ma'am, there's a lady he's trying to keep alive -- she's literally about to die."
The doctor finally came in at 7:45 a.m. and asked what was going on. After I explained the symptoms, he asked if my husband had been swabbed for COVID and the flu, then listened to his heart. He said he would go check the test results, which took another 20 minutes. When he returned, he said both tests were negative. He then ordered chest X-rays to check for pneumonia and said he would get some antibiotics and Tylenol or Motrin for the headache.
At this point, my husband still hadn't received any medication for his fever, which was causing severe head pain. During this time, the staff outside the rooms were very loud -- laughing and talking -- which made the experience even more stressful. When someone is in pain and trying to rest, that kind of noise is extremely aggravating and unprofessional.
We finally got another nurse due to the shift change -- Victoria -- who was very kind and helpful. She introduced herself and said she would be taking care of us. She hooked up his blood pressure cuff, made sure he got some medication, and noted that he should have already been connected for monitoring. She also suggested we set up MyChart to check on the X-ray results. Thankfully, those came back fine.
However, when reviewing MyChart, we noticed that some of the information listed there was incorrect. Additionally, the doctor mentioned that he would be ordering blood work and a CT scan, but instead, my husband was discharged without either being done.
By 8:55 a.m., we were still waiting for the doctor to return and discuss the results. He never came back. Instead, the nurse brought in discharge paperwork with three prescriptions to be filled -- but no diagnosis. My husband was sent home with the same symptoms he came in with.

My brother has been in the singing river icu on and off for 6 months. The staff was so friendly. Answered all our questions, so courteous and caring. We could not have had a nicer doctor nurses technicians pastoral care and social workers. After he died they gave so much care and courtesy to us. Thank you

I had a Kidney stone in January. I was there for 3 hours, and they gave me pain medication. That cost me 20k. I had just lost insurance that week, because I went off my parents, so that price went down to 4k. I then paid a lump sum in June of 3.1k to cover the whole thing. Now in October I just learned that they want another 1.8k for other expenses. From my point of view, it's hard to not see this as them creating new reasons to take money from someone. Creating new payments 10 months after I went. How do you expect people to trust you? If it cost that much to sit in a room for 3 hours and get pain medication, then I couldn't imagine the cost of more serious issues. From my point of view, it feels like this hospital's goal isn't helping the sick, but rather taking as much money from the sick until they can't give anymore. The people working there were kind, but that's all I can say about that.
