Have been a patient there for years. Had a prescription difficulty when my company insurance changed, and was told I needed to come in for appointment to get fixed. I was told they would contact me when a cancellation occurred for the visit. That was 4 months ago, and no one has called since and I am confident they forgot me and never plan to call me. HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. Do Not Recommend.

Update 4 years later ... 2023. Not only do I feel the exact same way about Dr Payment, if it were possible, I'd give him 10 stars! He not only provides acute care to me, my husband is in his care and we could not ask for better. Wait, it could be better if he were twins so that his specialized care was more available to everyone! He's my cardiac hero! I couldn't possibly disagree with these negative reviews more. This is one of the most outstanding and rare-to-find attentive, personable and talented medical professionals around. Yes, you wait to see him often long after appointment times, but it's worth it because he gives such personalized care! He helped me find my way to restored cardiac health and I'll be forever grateful. Exceptionally, highly recommended!

Dr Payment has been amazing. My husband has 20 stents and a pacemaker. After the first time with him in the Cath lab he sent us for a double bypass which has been amazing and he is so thorough he is watching one other thing he will make my husband right. i can not thank him enough for his time and patience. The man is an amazing cardiologist with a great sense of humor. Thank you for all you do.

This Heart Doctor goes above and beyond for this Patients! He take time for them. And fully follow-up with them in his office or across the street at the hospital. It's like a friendship and talks with you as if he's ur friend. Most Doctors these days are in and out and on the way. He does an excellent work as a Dr! His work is awesome! Thank you for being a awesome Dr.

Dr. Payment and his staff are awesome. He is a very caring and through physician. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable. I am grateful for him and the care he gave to my mother. I am now a patient and know I am in very capable hands.
