Dr. Rizk is great and the NPs (especially Robyn) are fantastic. And the office staff are actually nice to deal with, which is often not the case on the Coast. We deal with a lot of medical providers and this is one of the best ones.

I just spent 1.5+ hours waiting on a doctor's appointment. I understand that emergencies occur and even that doctors get behind when seeing routine patients. BUT! "Courtesy 101" is to let the waiting patients know there will be a delay and not keep them waiting in the waiting room or examining room for almost 2 hours with no interaction or explanation...! As a fairly new patient (this was my 3rd visit), I am thus far satisfied with the care I have received from the doctor and the clinic, but these long waits send a loud and clear message to me about how important I am to them as a patient... I'd have given a 5-star review but for the long waiting times (today was not the first...). P. S. The clinic makes it clear that patients should not be late for appointments or risk consequences...Seriously???
