I have tried calling this location several times I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes. I had an appointment on Tuesday. I was rescheduled for a telehealth on Saturday, but unfortunately I never received a phone call email or text message. I think there are a lot of great people that work here But it's important to me That people follow up when they say they're going to. I appreciate Dr. Alford on the recommendation of the location, but this place doesn't seem like they want to call anyone back.
