Dr. Mandar Jagtap

Dr. Jagtap is the kindest , most compassionate physicians that I have ever known. If there was a rating of 100 stars, my family could without hesitation recommend him.

Dr. Jagtap is not only a great practitioner but also one of the most compassionate and caring physicians I've ever known. He went above and beyond in caring for my Dad. He guided us through difficult decisions with empathy and clarity. I can't recommend him enough!!

We were referred to this doctor because of how knowledgeable he is. However, it seems to me that he is overbooked and does not care about his patients that are in the waiting room. My husband suffers from anxiety. And other issues that have been dealt to him series of veterans administration. I have explained this to the doctor's office. Even trying to get first appointments in the morning or after lunch. The last time we were there, my husband had to walk out because he couldn't handle it anymore after being there for an hour and a half. The time before that, we missed another doctor's appointment because of his mismanagement of his time. It seems he books too many people for the same time, making his waiting room full of people and hard to handle. In my opinion, he does not care about his patients. He only cares about the money that comes through the door with them. He may be knowledgeable, however, if you don't care about your patience, then you are doing harm. I do understand that emergencies happen. However, when you have been in the office three times and two of those times have been more than two hours wait, third timeMy husband couldn't handle it and walked out without being seen. Why do we have appointment times if he does not honor them?

Well, our experience started in the right direction, but then a stress test was needed. We went back for the stress test and Dr. Jagtap was running 2 hours behind. Unfortunately, we had to leave because we would not be able to pick up our daughter from school on time. After all, he was 2 hours behind and had 10 other people in the waiting room. We rescheduled and left. Dr. Jagtap calls within about 20 minutes of us leaving and starts going off about how upset he is that we left and asks us if we were "just in a hurry to get home and sit on the couch"? He continued to tell me that we "had better turn the car around and come back for the test" and that he "didn't want to hear another word about it". Speaking to us as though we were children. That portion of the experience with this Dr. was enough for us to cancel our appointments and never return. He is not a nice man.

I could not be more pleased with Dr. Jagtap. He has always made me feel he cares deeply about my well-being and overall health. I am at a loss for the right words to describe Dr Jagtap's care and mannerism. I know I have found the best heart doctor I could have asked for as well as an overall great human being.
