Winona Health - Inpatient Care

All the staff were friendly and super efficient! I was in and out before my appointment was even supposed to start. That made my whole day!

I will not be making appointments anytime soon. The head doctor there, Dr. Rebecca Lossen, is an anti-vaxxer COVID-19 denier. She has posted on her PUBLIC FACEBOOK PAGE that the COVID-19 pandemic is fake and the vaccines don't work. Why she is even a doctor, let alone a lead doctor, is beyond me. Winona Health, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT, and I might change my rating to five stars.

Was treated promptly and with excellent care and concern. My questions were answered fully. Explanation of my condition was delivered clearly. The causes of it were clearly explained and expected outcomes of treatment were presented in a manner I could easily comprehend. The treatment I received was prompt, and thoroughly explained, re: "why" and "what for." Did I enjoy my experience? Hell, no. But never once thought I'd made a bad choice by coming in.

Doctor Young thank you so very much for taking Awesome care of my mother during her visits. Your bedside manner was extremely great ,you took the time to answer all my questions and made my mom feel that you truly cared. You are an extremely good doctor and our family greatly appreciates you and your staff. Please pass this on to them and thank every member of your staff who took part in my family's experience with taking the utmost care with our mother. Thank you once again ,and have a great day.

In April I went to the emergency room and it went by smoothly. I don't know or remember the doctors names but there was a guy and a gal who was in school who helped me. I'm used to going to Mayo Clinic in Rochester for years but I'm happier since I moved here with the care Winona Health has. They were a lot faster than Mayo, friendlier -and got down to business which I liked. I remember he said he's not gonna do a bunch of tests that are unnecessary. I hope the student doctor and the main doctor know they did a good job.
