Keep on moving this site is a waste of time. No help and it cost too much. I spent $354 and they were not willing to help. I'm pretty sure they say the same thing to everyone and they were not willing to offer any refunds. If anything I have gained weight and felt worse with it what I would say is do your research and look for something more natural or get a second opinion on a doctor. This was a complete waste of time and I don't know how women have said that this has helped because they certainly didn't help at all, and I felt like I was getting generic answers.

I was visiting Minnesota on a little vacation that took a very unexpected turn within just 48 hours--I ended up in the emergency room, admitted to the hospital, and ultimately had to undergo emergency surgery at Winona Health. Despite how scary and stressful the situation was, I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hospital and its staff. From the moment I walked into the building to the moment I was discharged, I was treated with kindness, patience, and respect. Every single person I interacted with--from the ER team to ICU nurses, floor staff, phlebotomists, and beyond--was incredibly friendly and compassionate. They didn't just treat my medical condition, they treated me as a whole person. I have a fear of needles and was terrified about having surgery in a completely unfamiliar place. But the staff truly listened. They were calm, reassuring, and consistently positive, which made a huge difference in helping me feel safe. Dr. Serleth, who performed my surgery, was phenomenal. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly--not just to me, but on four separate phone calls to my family and friends so they would understand what was happening too. His care, patience, and clear communication meant the world to me. Holly, his PA, was just as amazing. She checked on me during my hospital stay and followed up by phone afterward, even though I had already returned home to Florida. She was so kind, and I never once felt rushed during our conversations. She genuinely wanted to know how I was doing and went out of her way to help me find post-op care near home. I honestly can't understand some of the negative reviews I've seen. My experience was the complete opposite. If I ever have to get sick in Minnesota again, I sincerely hope it's near Winona Health--because I know I'll be in the best hands possible. Thank you to everyone at Winona Health who helped turn a frightening situation into a healing one.

I received a large bill from Winona Health for a procedure nearly 13 months post-procedure. I called the billing department requesting to speak to a manager about this bill and why it was over a year later, especially when they had billed me for several other things right after the procedure. They said it would be a few days to get a call back, which I thought would be reasonable. After waiting for about a month, I emailed customer service and got a pretty generic "we're sorry for your inconvenience" response. Almost two months later, I'm still waiting for my phone call! They advertise heavily trying to pull customers/patients from Gundersen and Mayo and I was one of them who took the bait to get my procedure done sooner. I wish I wouldn't have!

This small town medical provider doesn't possess the diagnostic equipment or the trained experts to treat sophisticated medical conditions. They misdiagnosed my mother and it cost her her life. I would not recommend them to anybody that needed anything complicated or they will most certainly disappoint at your expense!

Worst experience I've ever had at a hospital. I urge everyone who needs medical care to wait until getting to Gundersen in La Crosse, or the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. All this chop-shop will do is take your money and provide inadequate and sub-bar care.
