Pipe Trades Family Health and Wellness Center

Andrea is the best doctor I have ever had in my 33 years of life. She has helped me more in the past 2 years than any other doctor has. She listens and helps me so much! I also use the vision center and they are so amazinnnnnng!! I love my pipe trades clinic!

Since Premise Health has taken over, the quality of care has also followed. The nurse who roomed me was extremely rude and pulled the tablet out of my hands mid questionnaire and acted like I was an inconvenience. The 24/7 virtual care they offer is a joke as the doctors will not prescribe anything and state "this is out of their scope of practice." Unfortunately, my entire family will be going elsewhere while my husband's union dues continue to pay for everyone's salary. The front desk staff is very kind, courteous, and the 1 positive is the ability to schedule appointments online and review lab results.

Very disappointed with the provider I've been seen by recently. Her bedside manner, or lack there of, was disrespectful and judgemental. Her personal bias prevented her from treating me effectively. She also discriminated against me because of my medical history. She was extremely unprofessional. With our health plan there is no out of pocket cost for anything at the Pipe Trades Family Health and Wellness Centers. After the treatment I have received I'm opting to pay to be seen somewhere else. The front desk staff at both White Bear Lake and Maple Grove are awesome (the reason that I gave any stars).

Amazing doctors, medical assistants, and staff! They genuinely care about you, your health, and ALL of your concerns. I have never had better care from any Doctors office. They are kind, friendly, and their offices are very well cleaned! Most supportive and easy to work with staff. Would recommend this Doctors office to anyone Dr. T and Dr. G are both incredible women and genuinely care about all your needs as their patient.

I love the staff at the Pipe Trades Family Health and Wellness Center in White Bear Lake!! They treat you like a friend, not a patient. From the front desk, to labs and nurses, to doctors-anyone you meet is concerned with your well being. They do what they can to get you an appointment asap, they call with lab results as soon as possible, and I have only seen Dr. Turinski but I keep telling my Mom I wish she and my sister worked for the Pipe Trades so they could see her--and even though my kids are off our insurance she STILL asks how they are. I love my health care team!!!!
