Great place with wonderful staff! Dr. LeTourneau listens and explains the process and healing plan well. Dr. Cox also does a good job adjusting and takes the extra step to listen and adjust where needed. Bianca is very sweet and helpful with the financial process. Kenzie is great with helping with your specific plan and needs. Always with a smile and very encouraging. Sammy and Clara are both wonderful at the front desk and scheduling appointments! I loved the back and knee decompression tables too! Overall a great Chiropractor office

I highly recommend North Star Medical!! I came in with a very degraded knee from past injuries, wear and tear. I was to be schedule for knee replacement in January and was hoping there was another option to knee replacement. I spoke with a couple sports knee surgeons that said Regenerative options were very effective for the people and athletes they use it on.... thankfully I happen to come across North Star Medical, and what an amazing staff and care they provide! I just finished my knee care, my knee pain is gone and I won't need surgery. I am 100% convinced that Regenerative care is the way to go! As for Dr LeTourneau and the North Star Medical Staff, absolutely amazing and effective team care!! I could go on and on about the care they provide! My suggestion is ...just go check them out and you will quickly see why I am highly recommending them! The staff is absolutely terrific--friendly, professional, and genuinely compassionate. They took the time to listen, explain my options, and guide me every step of the way. My husband came to North Star Medical (NSM) primarily for shoulder pain. He is paraplegic and uses his shoulders like most people use their hips to propel his wheelchair and move himself. The providers at NSM diagnosed by ultrasound that 2 of the 4 tendons supporting his rotator cuff were torn. He received exosome injections into the area with prompt resolution of the pain. He also had pain in the opposite shoulder likely from muscle spasms and received trigger point injections with significant improvement. In addition to chiropractic adjustments he was prescribed exercises for rehab which have helped him improve function and decrease pain. He is about 75% done with his treatment program and continues to make improvement. I came to NSM primarily with back, hip, and shoulder pain. I have a known scoliosis in my back and assumed much of my pain was related to that. When walking I felt like I wobbled and limped to compensate for hip pain, and after being on my feet for any length of time my upper back/shoulders would ache. My ability to walk any significant distance without pain was also a problem. I was skeptical that anyone could help me, but figured nothing ventured, nothing gained. After seeing my husband's rapid improvement I decided to also be evaluated. I have currently completed only 7 of 30 sessions and after merely the first 4 sessions I already was experiencing significant improvement in my ability to walk distances with minimal to no pain, and can be on my feet for much longer without upper back / shoulder pain. I feel like I'm walking more erect / upright and my gait is steady without limping. For my sessions in addition to chiropractic adjustments I receive spinal and cervical decompression, trigger point injections, and exercises specifically focusing on the areas of my body needing improvement and strengthening my core.
