Regions Hospital Heart Center

I just finished a stress test at Regions Heart Center. My technicians were, Thomas and James. They could not have been any nicer! They were both extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields and made sure I completely understood everything before they started the test. Outside of having to be on a treadmill at 8:00 in the morning for this 'ol girl, I had a really fun experience because of their delightful personalities. Thanks guys!!!

The hospital is a nice hospital" "The hospital has professionals as doctors and specialists" "Their customer service is top notch." "I recommend their rehab center for people recovering from stroke and surgery" "I give it to their doctors and therapists, they are really good at what they do" "It is their strict rules and protocols for me. I have seen any facility so organized " "You need to be there if you are looking for an international standard facility. They are well organic and equipped" or you can construct your own nice words.

The lady who answered the phone at the clinic was very rude. She kept interrupting and putting me on hold and had the nerve to project her behavior on me. I get she's tired and overworked by the hospital but that still doesn't justify the rude behavior. Stay home if you're having a bad day then.

Nancy Martin is so sweet and helped me stay calm , and gave me great health tips on how to stay healthy. Heart Center Staff were all so great.

It's so hard when you have to go to the hospital, but the staff and everyone we encountered was so sympathetic to us and understanding to what we were going through it was feal refreshing. I highly recommend this hospital and the people. Thank you all for helping us out we appreciate it.i would also like to commend Dr g s team their wonderful and compassionate to your needs.
