Dr. Boone was literally phenomenal. I took my daughter in today and loved that I didn't need a referral as I already knew we needed to see an ent doc. We might be able to avoid tubes based on what he observed and the tools he used to help drain her ears- she can already hear so much better. We will do what he told us to at home. She already has massive relief from our visit today and the ear popping he was able to do for her. It was easy to obtain a same day appointment rather than having to wait weeks or months. From the moment I stepped in the door, everyone was helpful, pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions. I was promptly seen by Joy Adams, PA who immediately addressed my medical concerns. Her explanations were thorough and easy to understand and I was started on a proper course of treatment. I have seen her several times since that initial appointment and each time I experienced the same level of professionalism.
