I had a Heartscan and the actual scan was fine. They were supposed to fax to my Dr and they had her listed on the report. It did NOT get sent and 1/2 the info regarding phone and fax was wrong. I made 4 phone calls that took 1 hour and 37 minutes to do what should have taken 3 minutes. I was transferred 3 times and the last woman was the rudest most unprofessional person. Ever. They are completely incompetent. I will be disputing the charge in my credit card. I finally had to leave a message at the 3th transfer. They have no idea what they are doing. I left my main internal Medicine doctor after a few years because of the terrible Staff at that office. I guess Allina all around is just pretty incompetent. Go to park Nicollet instead
