I had the most amazing ER nurse here today. Her name was Aurora L. And she was truly a saint. They didn't have rooms in the emergency room available so a lot of patient beds were lined in the hallways like mine was, but she was still so kind and went above and beyond for me in my time of pain even in all the chaos. I don't have enough good things to say about Aurora, and she deserves all the recognition. She was meant to help others and I'm so lucky to have had her.
Dr. Sarah W. Field is one of the worst ER doctors we've ever encountered. My dad came into the ER in severe pain, and instead of receiving compassion and care, he was met with rudeness and complete disregard for his needs. She did not practice patient-centered care at all, dismissed his concerns, and gave him attitude that made him feel even worse. When my dad asked to see a different doctor, she ignored his request entirely. The whole experience left us feeling unvalued and uncared for at a time when he desperately needed support. Truly disappointing and unacceptable behavior from someone in her position.
Excellent service. Outstanding staff. From the triage nurse to the doctor and the ct scan tech the most absolute compassion and care. I highly recommend this place for any concerns.. they were amazing!!!
Boyfriend came in because his asthma was bad we waited 2 hours to get a room. He has asked to eat something small and they won't let him the nurse said "you should have ate before you came here". How is he supposed to eat when he's having an asthma attack? Plus he's been here for 6+ hours. Absolutely horrible.
Wonderful staff, very thankful to everyone!! I brought my 5mo old baby in for flu/dehydration. The waiting room was packed but they were able to get us in based on triage. From the triage nurse who checked us in, to the room nurse who got us settled, to Dr. Brian, the nurses who helped place her IV for fluids, all the X-Ray staff, and even the staff who smiled at us as we walked through the unit. Everyone was so kind, and so sweet, to my baby and I during our emotional and stressful time of emergency today. I am thankful I brought my daughter here today!
