My appointment with Dr. Thielen was excellent as always. Sammy that did my echo was great. The person that checked me in also needs a different job. I made a comment about the wonderful view outside, and it was like she didn't even hear me. She looked very bored with her job and me.
The people answering the phone to schedule need to find other jobs. She didn't get I was trying to schedule a heart scan and wouldn't help me. Massive fail for a healthcare worker.
