Mercy Hospital Emergency Department

My ER nurse was fantastic and very kind, compassionate and efficient. The doctor was also very helpful and thorough. My whole visit went smoothly without extended wait times between tests or care. Best time I've ever had at the ER lol

It was the day after Thanksgiving and the ED was very busy. I was treated with respect and listened to by everyone. The Dr evaluated my test results and gave me a treatment then I got to go home with a couple prescriptions sent to pharmacy. I'm feeling much better.

I would normally go to Abbott, which is much closer to my house but I looked up wait times and Abbott was 2 hours while Mercy was 30 minutes, so I opted to go to Mercy. When I walked in the door I was very relieved to find the waiting room empty, so I had zero wait time. Every staff member - from the triage nurse, to the doctor to the radiology techs - treated me kindly and respectfully, and explained everything that they were going to do. Discharge instructions were clear. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and I feel like I got really good care.

I was taken in right away to have some bloodwork and check my vitals and did wait for a while in the emergency room The emergency room was quite busy, but I was kept updated as to when I would probably be seen. Everyone that worked with me was very kind and courteous and efficient

My brother needed emergency care and the Emergency team was fabulous! From check in, online registration, communication, patience & understanding.to systematic evaluation of his condition, the entire team was wonderful. Not to mention it was crazy busy the Monday after Thanksgiving.
