I had a horrendous experience talking with a care coordinator for Dr. Chavez. She literally SCREAMED at me regarding when I made an appointment. Confirmed she was wrong after speaking with a manager. Allina needs to do better. This is the second time I have been treated badly by one of their staff. Hopefully management discussed this behavior with their employee! So disappointed and still irritated!
