This is a great place! They are courteous and friendly. We were seen quickly and the niece was very kind. The Dr.was amazing, she listened and helped with a treatment plan! I would definitely recommend this clinic.

PROS: Convenient location. Plenty of free parking. Waiting room was not crowded (I was the only person there). Receptionist greeted me promptly. Appointment was very speedy! They didn't need to see my ID or insurance card. CONS: Scheduling was a minor headache (which wasn't this location's problem). Since I was on time and there was no one else there, I was a bit surprised at how long I had to wait in the waiting room before being seen. Would recommend. 4/5 stars.

Dr. Carlson is an exceptional provider! We have both of our children under his care and he has helped us through understanding every stage of our children's lives. In addition to Dr. Carlson, every single nurse and PA that we have interacted with has been extremely bright and caring. They always follow through and make us feel like we are at the top of their list. Our kids enjoy coming to the clinic and we trust we are getting the best care possible!

I've been going to this clinic for over a year now, and I have no reason to return to my previous clinic. Everyone here is professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Dr Carlson is especially good, and he is my primary care physician. He is very deliberate with his care, leaving no stone unturned before he diagnoses and recommends treatment. They also have excellent referral services. If you're looking for a primary care clinic, definitely give this place a try!

Today was my 3rd appt at this clinic and all 3 times I have felt completely invisible. I was texted to come in and sit in the lobby. All 3 girls at the front desk completely ignored me when I walked in. Then I was texted to go back to a room. Not one person spoke to me on my way to the room or offered to help me find it. Dr Schultz is very nice and she seems thorough. After my appt, I went to lab for a lab draw. A man came out, I said "hello" to him and he asked my birthday and name. He didn't say another word to me until he was done. At that point he said "ok" and walked away, I really wanted to ask him if he hated his job. I was VERY impressed with the mammogram mobile that was there. Angela was VERY kind and helpful! The Dr told me to stop up front to see if I could get a mammogram while the truck was there and the girl at the front desk didn't help me AT ALL, she just told me to call the phone number on the side of the mammogram mobile outside. Angela happened to be walking by and said she would help me. She was 100% what everyone else should have been. Will be looking for a friendlier clinic going forward.
