Don't bother going here. First of all they only book 2 months at a time (not ahead) so it's impossible to call at the right time to have a choice of providers or time. After having to call twice to get an appointment that worked for me I went to see a doctor who decided to practice out of his scope I had been sent to cardiologist by my primary doctor, therapist, and psychiatrist because they were all concerned by how high my heart rate gets only to be told by Dr. Goraya it was caused by anxiety. I'm pretty sure the people who have dedicated their life to know about mental health would be the proper authority on that but I guess this guy knows better than them. This whole system is a joke now. I honestly won't recommend any branch of IHA/Trinity (outside of primary care and I'm iffy on that now too) to anyone anymore.

Please do not go here. Callus, did not uphold what doctor order. Instead, changed order and talked poorly about medical doctors not having clue to what to order for patients. Dismissed my sharing I had more medical history apparently did not have records. Shared relevant information regarding Afib and rt valve. The supervisor dismissed as well! She also said doctors are clueless.Very unprofessional. Every comment I made was dismissed, I was talked over and treated so poorly. The technician and supervisor, setting up for ultra sound dragged the lines all over the filthy floor! I politely said no, I need clean equipment please. I was told, "oh don't worry the floor is clean!" It was filthy carpet! No hand sink or hand washing. Plaster and wall in disrepair! The procedure was interrupted 2 times! Not a clean echo capture because of once of clinician error. Secondly, unit came unplugged! Clinician with gloved reached down played with the cords in back of machine, did replace with clean gloves, just filthy standard failure of upholding universal perceptions and preventing cross contaimination. I worked years in a hospital. This place is an example of an all time low. Remember, you matter! Do not let poor medical staff try to make you feel small or your expectations of good health care seem like you are demanding and unreasonable. I was told by the supervisor, no other patients ever complained. I see on reviews I am not the only one. Apparently any concern they recieve in office is completely dismissed with arrogance and disregarded. Staff has no desire to be exceptional let alone decent! Importantly, I was not complaining, I was requesting clean equipment, informing additional Cardo records from a different provider and importantly, my narrative and symptoms and past history I shared with my PC MD determined need for the cardio test. For a clinician and the supervisor to bulky me into a different test, I'm at a lost for words. Supervisor said she had 20 years experience, dismissed all I had said, and spoke so poorly about doctors. Not only unprofessional but no consideration for patients sense of well being! Just underhanded and undermining and gaslighting! Take your care to a quality Cardo provider that truly cares. I wish I would have made drive to Brighton. Hopfully better patient regard, care and very least not give me illness because of dirty practices in the clinic! Everyone very important to post your experience

I am very unhappy with Trinity Michigan heart... I was set for an ablation and went In for an appointment because of questions I just need reassurance and some question I truly had that concerned me. Upon the Dr walking in and saying why are you here? To the attitude and making it seem like I was wasting her time, made me cancel my ablation and exploring my different options. When a patient comes in and needs questions answered you all need to make the patient feel important. Also walking out and blaming the person who made this appointment for me was very unprofessional

Dr Karnib does not listen to what I'm saying about how I feel. She just pushes more pills without explaining why they are needed. I am an active person and when my endurance decreased she told me my "expectations are too high." I'm serious those are her exact words. Will not go back to her. Found a great doctor at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.

★★★★

I just transferred to MI Heart because we moved into the area from Henry Ford Jackson where Dr Jonovich saved my life 3 years ago! I was assigned to Dr who looks very young. I was very surprised when she knew of all my heart history without me opening my mouth! Today, after transferring several times in the past few years, most often they were too busy to look up my history! Kudos to looking forward to several years within her service!
