Village Medical - Westland South

Dr Babi is very attentive, nice, and Proactive about my health. She and the entire staff are Nice, funny, professional and accommodating to my schedule. The only problem I have with Village medical is I cannot get on the portal to see my results. I've tried multiple times, You had a ID number (Which it never asked for) And still kept kicking me out and wouldn't allow me to login saying that I "do not have any medical history here". Otherwise I give it a thumbs up.

Dr Babi is my health provider, she's nice, attentive, and proactive about my health. The staff is professional and nice. The facilities is clean and well-maintained. The Only thing that is wrong with Village medical is the fact that I cannot login to the portal to see my test results. I've tried several times, and I was given an ID number.(Which it never asked for) And it still kicked me out saying "you do not have any medical records". Other Than that, I am happy with my care.

I see Dr. Brock. In today's times he is an absolute gem! He is "old fashioned" and truly cares about his patient's, he listens to what they have to say, how they are feeling/doing day to day and goes from there. He makes sure you get the absolute best care possible without taking short cuts. I am so thankful he is my Doctor.

I want to add something at the start after looking at their reviews. Why are there so many five-star reviews from people that edited the review within the last couple weeks but there's a response from the doctor that says it was years ago. Why would a person edit their review years after originally placing it and getting a response? More than likely these are bots or friends/family that they are using to keep positive reviews towards the top of their reviews page. DO NOT TRUST SHADY PRACTICES Sigh .... Well, I never actually went to this office but I can still share my experience in dealing them. I had scheduled an appointment online for an annual physical as required by my health insurance. They then sent me an email with a link to fill out forms and paperwork ahead of time. I completed all of the required forms and even completed the optional sections where it had me upload copies of my driver's license and insurance cards. These guys then started calling and texting me while I was at work the day of the appointment. I texted them back letting them know that I could not talk because I was at work until 4:00. They still kept calling so I answered. The woman who called me was saying something about the online forms and saying that they need "the proof". I told her that I had no clue what she was talking about and she went on to say something about how they normally don't do physicals this late in the day and I need to give them "the proof". I would have gladly given her "the proof" if I knew what in the world she was talking about. She began to raise her voice and act frustrated that I had no clue what she was talking about so I just hung up instead of dealing with attitude and BS. What she was saying to me made absolutely no sense at all the way that I was hearing it so my only guess is that they didn't want my appointment because it was the last slot of the day and they wanted to leave early today. I will just find a different doctor, thank you very much.

Waited over an hour in the room at my last appointment for just a med check, seems like double booking or something is going on. I was also informed med check appointments are now being required every 60 days rather than 90 days, seems like a cash grab, im seriously thinking about switching to another primary care physician. The staff and doctors are nice and professional but the clear profit maxing from a business perspective is annoying.
