I considered choosing this doctor for my Primary when I was searching online. Over a period of three days, I had to make 5 calls and endure unnecessary back and forth to get the staff to verify my insurance. The staff member told me in these exact words that I could not make an appt because she didn't know how to find my insurance. As a result I am going elsewhere. I hope Dr. O'Neil reads this feedback as members of her staff are turning patients with accepted insurance away from her practice and has left a negative impression.

Apparently "do no harm" only applies to those with health insurance. I was refused care, even though I could pay in cash, for life saving blood pressure medication. It's galling that they didn't even try to quote me a price for care, or ask if I could pay. They do not treat those without insurance. Edit: Let me clarify that the receptionist said this was a directive from Dr. O'Neil. I'm a former patient, and all I needed was bp medication. I'm exhibiting signs of Covid, and know that I need to be back on bp meds.

Do not go here! The office staff is upsurdly rude. I had an appointment at 2pm. I set the appointment weeks in advance left work in the middle of a blizzard and got there right at the time of the appointment and they refused to service me because I didn't arrive at 1:30pm for a new patient orientation(even though my appointment was at 2pm) I had my paper work done in advance and rushed to make it there in the middle of a blizzard! No consideration the the travel conditions. I will never go here again. I was treated poorly.

I was looking for a new doctor after being with the same male doctor for years he was great .Until I hit that young 48 ! I just gave up went to urgent cares if needed But then my chance I was referred to doctor Lisa She is a doctor that understands what I am going Thur and we just begun ! This office offers a lot ! Thank you !
