Do you enjoy being ghosted after several desperate attempts to receive some (any!) form of communication or follow-up after multiple ER visits following test results with clear diagnosis? This is your guy! I've never experienced a provider completely blowing off a patient, but it seems like standard procedure for them. I understand people get busy, providers are short staffed, customers are horrible. A simple "hi we've reviewed your results and will be in contact with you shortly" would have been perfectly fine, but even that was too much work for them. Plenty of other great options in the area, I'd keep looking.
