Kristen Krueger is a kind wonderful Dr. However the insufferable woman that works at the front desk is not. I went for an appointment today to find there was a situation with my insurance that I had to make a phone call about. She not only scoffed, scolded and told me I was incorrect about the last time I saw my previous Dr., she continually interrupted the other staff. Never should anyone be made to feel this way when visiting a Dr office. Unbelievable.

Burklund will no call in your prescription when it runs out, he will make you wait until you have an appointment with him to call it in even if that means you having to do several days without having any when it is prescribed daily. The lady at the front desk is very rude and cold. Poor bedside manner for the entire practice.

When no doctor near me was accepting new patients, he took my appointment on short notice. Staff was friendly and helpful, office is clean, and well maintained, and Dr. Pierre was super nice, friendly, and definitely took concern when it came to my health.

I have been a patient here for over 10 years and I have always been served well. This past two weeks and post a surgical procedure, I was battling migraines and Dr Rosenbaum and Nurse Erica served me so well. I experienced immediately relief as a result of their care. I cannot say enough of the thankfulness I hold for having such an awesome place to meet my medical needs. The entire staff are simply phenomenal!

Staff was friendly and efficient, my primary care physician listened to all my concerns and acted accordingly, would recommend Dean to everyone....
