I have been seeing dr patel over 4 years for my regular physical check up. None of time I had a bad experience. He is always ask regular physical screening questions and review my blood work if there is any concern. Staff is kind and polite.ask necessary information required regarding insurance change. I highly recommend dr patel!
I see the other reviews and this simply hasn't been my experience. From my very first visit I didn't feel welcomed. My next visit they only seemed to care about me paying the copay. I was asked 3 times about it even after saying that's fine twice. The doctor could see I was getting frustrated and stepped in. I can't remember a time when I had to pay the copay prior to being seen but it happened here. Also, another gentleman was walking out and verified his copay amount intimating he didn't pay his at all that day. My only take away from this experience is they aren't very fond of black patients and it's unfortunate that the treatment of patients is imbalanced. Of course I have already changed primary care doctors.
Dr. Patel is an excellent physician. He was extremely thorough, attentive and listened to my concerns without any judgement.
