When I originally was being seen by Dr.Kumar in 2024 I had a great experience. My primary doctor and surgeon requested I be evaluated again by a Cardiologist. I had a 3 minute interaction with Dr. Belon that has by far been the worst interaction I have had with a medical provider. He left to answer a phone call. He was telling me that it was unlikely I had heart issues despite having a RBBB and an extensive family history of cardiac issues developing in their 20s. He spoke to me in a very condescending tone and had a poor, rude attitude. I will be finding a provider who is willing to listen to me before deciding nothing is going on. The woman who set up my appointment was also extremely rude. I would advise others considering this place to put your health in better, more professional hands.

The doctor was amazing and took a good amount of time to help go over my daughter's medical conditions and advised us to go to the Cleveland clinic for additional help even with kind enough to help get us a referral and is willing to facilitate lab work if the Cleveland clinic would like additional testing he has been amazing and I definitely would recommend them to anybody.

BEWARE IF MAKING APPT: My father and his father both passed at a younger age from heart attacks. I made a "checkup" appt here to get a basic evaluation as I had been recommended. They told me they had serious people in and it would be a month out. A week before my appt they called and pushed me back 3 more weeks due to my doctor being on vacation. Okay that's fine rescheduled for a couple more weeks only to be called the day before and be told I have to push my appt back AGAIN because they "have patients that have actual heart issues not just a checkup" (in the rudest voice she could produce). Next time don't waste 3 months of a persons time and make them feel like the bad guy. Be careful with this place, they do not show professionalism even at a minimalist level.

Wait time is ridiculously long, 45min minimum to over an hour, no matter what you're in for. Each time I come here I'm told after waiting a half hour that I need a Global referral then the lady calls for help then the issue miraculously disappears. People are not friendly nor professional. I feel great but tests are constantly requested for what seems no reason except to add up the bills. I'll be changing Drs in the new year.

Wait time in this place is horrible. I've been here for an hour now. But if I was an hour late to my appt they would cancel me and charge me for it. Very frustrating that my time is not as important as the doctors. I had to leave work early. Could have stayed and got a few more things done.
