This is only to reflect my most recent experience, which I think is incredibly important given the tenure as a patient. In almost 30 years, I've never been disappointed. I've seen all of the physicians and nurses and been absolutely pleased. I needed to be seen first available and had to go with a newer physician that I've not seen. Ended up needing a CT stat. Had no follow up. Had to call twice, only to unfortunately receive a dismissive voicemail telling me if my pain was so unbearable to go to emergency room. Hopeful that this isn't a sign of new things to come with TriCounty medical. Very disappointed in my most recent visit; it seems expanding the business isn't always a better thing.

I've been patient here for over 30 years. I loved Dr. Stroller, but he retired. It seems that since then they are way over booked. This morning I had an 8 am appointment. I thought first of the day, no problem. I was on time, put in a room, vitals checked, and then waited and waited. An hour later (with no one coming in saying dr will be with you shortly) I got up and left. Told the nurse on the way out "I've been waiting an hour, time to leave". She didn't even say "wait let me check with the dr." Didn't try to correct the situation. Not sure what is going on there, probably time to find a new doctor. Sure it's the same other places, but I should try.

As a long-time patient of Dr. Deitch, I can confidently say that the care here is exceptional in every way. Over the years, the physicians and support staff have consistently provided compassionate, attentive, and highly professional care that I truly trust.

0 stars for this office. I had two missed appointments--both on their end. After the second one, I called to follow up, only to be told I'd been terminated from the practice due to having an "attitude" over the phone. This was shocking, as I wasn't being rude--I was understandably upset that my appointment had been missed twice with no communication. Even more frustrating, I had to call them the day after the second missed appointment just to find out I was no longer a patient. I've requested the call recording, as I truly believe this is a mistake. I'm especially disappointed in Danny, my nurse practitioner, who I've been seeing for over a year without ever being disrespectful. To now receive a letter saying I'm no longer welcome as a patient is deeply upsetting--and honestly, I'm considering speaking with a lawyer about how this has been handled.

I was at tri county Sterling Heights clinic today doing annual physical and got worst experience in my life time. Daniel Braschayko nurse practitioner, (somebody there said he is nurse, not sure what he is, he stated he has license) get so mad when i ask for 6 months medication supply ... My impression is he want me come every 3 months and pay additional money for not necessary visit but i used to come every 3 months when i have needs to that but not at this time. I did not come over there to experience his frustration, and i wish i stay home not go there no matter what. Me, my family, friends enjoying visit there for so many years Dr Stoler and Dr Wolok did good job over years but today was disappointment. After today i am not confrontable go there any more and i would like to share experience to every body to avoid this. I did forget to mention he told me that I am diabetic... when I ask hem where he found that information and where he base that not true statement.. I found out that he was reading old information not most recent test results... should I teach hem how to read data ??????
