This is only to reflect my most recent experience, which I think is incredibly important given the tenure as a patient. In almost 30 years, I've never been disappointed. I've seen all of the physicians and nurses and been absolutely pleased. I needed to be seen first available and had to go with a newer physician that I've not seen. Ended up needing a CT stat. Had no follow up. Had to call twice, only to unfortunately receive a dismissive voicemail telling me if my pain was so unbearable to go to emergency room. Hopeful that this isn't a sign of new things to come with TriCounty medical. Very disappointed in my most recent visit; it seems expanding the business isn't always a better thing.
