Every month a week before my prescriptions are due to be refilled I call the office to have Dr Rozoky call my prescriptions in to the pharmacy. The pharmacy also faxes over to the office reminding doctor that my prescriptions are due to be refilled. I call 2 times a day for a week because she never sends my prescriptions to pharmacy. On several occasions I have ran out of my medications. I am on medications that cannot be abruptly stopped and have went through rebound symptoms and have been hospitalized due to the severe withdrawals. When I call the office staff tells me I notified the doctor and she is going to call your prescriptions in to pharmacy and she doesn't. There is no trust anymore.

I called for an appointment and I told the rep that I have to pick up my son from the school and they gave me an appointment at 1:15 pm. I was at the office waiting until 2:00 and I was still waiting in the lobby, I went back to the rep and told her that I have to leave at 2:30 as I explained when I called to make the appointment ! And no action taken. The clock turned 2:30 and I am still waiting for the Doctor! Well I told them when the dr will come they said yes she will see you now !!!!! I told them sorry it's 2:30 I have to pick my son from school and if the Dr busy then why the bother to make appointments!!? Since I told them before I have to leave at 2:30!!!! The funny thing is when the nurse asked me to get a urine sample without even knowing the reason of my visit! I wasted two hours of my time for no reason. All they care is about money! They don't have a bit of respect at all! Very disappointed and definitely not recommended.

Dr. Razoky is not a good fit for us. She writes prescriptions with little regard to my mother or the things I tell her about my mother's health. Constantly INSISTED that my mother take seizure medication that makes her suicidal and aggressive even though my mother no longer has seizures often enough to warrant meds for them. Tried to gaslight me and say it wasn't the meds making her that way even though I was telling her this from MY experience when my mother WAS taking the meds. Razoky refused to put her back on a medication we KNOW works but had some issues with insurance and switching doctors before we ended up with Dr. Razoky. Our most recent visit, she tried to give my mother a B12 shot she didn't need, and changed her diabetes meds to something WAY too expensive and have some BS reason as to why she needed it over her previous diabetes meds- which are working just fine for my mother. She talks in circles and over-talks me to keep from getting a word in when she tries to change things. In the process of finding a new doctor.

I found Dr. Razoky didn't work well wwith me. Went to visit.her 3-4 times. Each time telling me i need to quit smoking along with 2 phone calls telling the same thing. I've NEVER SMOKED. I've have chronic back troubles for over 20 years. And when i came to Michigan the end of the year and still no help with that. I suffer insomnia, taken sleeping pills. NOPE no help. I went to her office this last time bringing my medical records for the last 10 years. She didn't want to look at them. I just wanted help for a better quality of life. No cure for my illness been unable to work for the past 12 years due to this. The doctor had me in tears on my last visit. No more of this degrading me. I can't do so many things as of no medication for the chronic illness. And unable to sleep. I'm so depressed. I just don't see how ppl live like this

The worst doctor ever not smart my mom she's was with her for a one year every time my mom checks her self with doctor razoky she doesn't help her and she lies to her doesn't tell her what symptoms she has and doesn't recommend her to see specialist because she's wants my mom to stay with her and gets money so people I don't recommend you to go to doctor razoky she's the worse doctor in the world not smart and she has a bad attitude and thank you
