There are some great doctors here Dr Marseh and Dr Asmar saved my husband life he had sepsis a lot of people died from that. they got the top infectious disease doctor to help treat him they all was quick to save him not even making excuses like a lot of other doctors I heard about from other people. they are the best doctors you will ever need they listen to your problems make a treatment plan that works with less pain as possible don't judge them on the front desk personnel good help has been harder to get especially since Covid people are struggling to stay alive and function you don't know if that's the case so please be kind I never had a problem with the front desk staff so I hope a lot of these comments are not based on you having a bad day if it is I wish you well stay safe and healthy this is a tough world we are living god bless Love n Light

Tried to give me medication for a problem I didn't have Then attempted to use dirty medical supplies not wrapped and nurse caught an attitude when I pointed it out smh. Outdated equipment. I would not advise this office. Wasn't a good experience

The front desk staff members are rude, lazy, and don't have any empathy for the patients. They don't leave any notes for your PCP and they'll blame you for their mistakes. I ask for refills in a timely manner & they take weeks to fulfill my request, even if I leave voicemails. Also, if they aren't answering the phone it's because they have blacklisted your number. I called multiple times from my regular number and received no answer. The moment I call from a blocked number, someone picks up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about their health. There's many other practices that are compassionate, understanding, and ready and willing to help their patients.

Hello I would like to say staff issues are always a problem in most offices but Dr Asmar has been my doctor for over 10 years. He is very professional and does what he can to take care of you so please dont judge by the office staff..They only see so much when they are hired in.. If you can get the name of the person who was just unprofessional to you in the front or in the back. They will make sure they take care of it..Thanks

I'm actually very shocked by what has occurred here, I have NEVER in my life have dealt with such a rude receptionist! I just switched to this location and upon my first visit I thought the doctor was extremely nice and everything was good. So I referred my son who has a PPO insurance also to this location. When he contacted he was met with a rude person who told him he would need to contact his insurance company to switch doctors before they can make an appointment. My son said he was talked to so awful and didn't even want to go here at this point. I told my son that I would call in the morning and situated everything as they may have assumed he had an HMO policy or Medicaid as he doesn't have to contact his insurance to switch a doctor. So when I called I was extremely nice and I explained that I referred my son and he was met with the issue I stated above. The lady started to yell at me and telling me that is their policy that he has to speak to his insurance company and she has sighing and literally yelling at me, I kindly asked why was she yelling at me, she then says that she is disconnecting the call and to NEVER call there again! I literally have an appointment on Monday and I'm unable to even cancel as I keep getting hung up on when I call back! I have NEVER in my life experienced such unprofessionalism. I'm writing this review as a warning and also if the doctors see this if they can contact me to cancel my appointment for Monday. I'm shocked and saddened by the lady I spoke to who wouldn't give me her name but said she was the office manager. Very sad, I had a great first experience with this office and I get everyone has an off day but this was out of line and over the top rude. I suggest they do some small skills training with their staff as this is very inexcusable behavior.
