Dr. David and his team are fantastic, there are no issues at all. With the exception of Dr. Sandra, who lacks experience. I've been seeing her for two years, and every time I tell her that I have digestive problems and constant stomach aches, she always seems to get fed up. Still, when I went to see her today with the same problem, she said, "Yeah, you've had this issue for two years and you always complain about your stomach." Okay??? it's your fault that I went two awful years without receiving treatment or advice on what to do. I also mentioned two more problems about my health that were concerning and she claimed I have " anxiety" because of my constant questions, just admit you want to get the f out the room, then i responded with "no I don't think" so she laughed at my face and said "no you definitely do" am I in a circus and she's the clown to laugh at me like that???? and I bet she told the other assistants about it because the assistant that gave me my ECG results mentioned my heart rate is normal but heartbeats are fast because I have anxiety, what happened to patient confidentiality? She ain't a psychiatrist to diagnose me with anxiety. I wasn't the only one that went through this, she told my mom the same thing because she has low magnesium levels and she assumed it's anxiety!!??? Like hellooo. Do your damn job(which I'm not sure what it is) and leave. I asked her what she's specialize in and she said "family Dr :)" okay but what kind of Dr are you exactly because every time I complain about something she refers me over. I could've just used google to search for another Doctor. with all honesty and respect to Dr David and his kind staff, but Dr Sandra should have her medical license taken away or be better at her job because not only she laughs at my health concerns but she brings bad reputation to the place with her lack of experience & constant complaints from patients. I was sitting inside the room once and heard multiple other patients complain about her. So I'm glad I'm not the only one. Greeting me with hi how are you, typing on your little laptop, and answering half of my questions with "I don't know" isn't going to have your patients satisfied and if you don't care about your patients then honestly quite your job. That's all I gotta say, they should be thankful I won't sue them for harassment and false diagnose of anxiety. Do better !!!!

Please do yourself or loved one a huge favor and do not go to this office! The doctors and the stuff are super rude and never care about your health and only about how much the insurance will pay them. The communication in this office is so bad and they always blame it on the experience of their new employees or just tell you to your face that they did not receive nor have gotten the healthcare documentation from you when I have personally dropped it to them. Also, they do take advantage of your family members if they don't speak English because they think they don't know anything and it is only a business for them instead of being a healthcare provider. My family and I have been a long time patients of this office, however, the quality and the type of healthcare that this office is currently providing is scary bad and been declining continuously that I have made the decision today to move to different family doctor. Also, trust me that we had seen a lot of low quality healthcare services from this office, but we kept saying that it will get better or only this time, but sadly that this office is no longer seems to provide a true healthcare, instead it is only a business for profit. This comment for the doctors if they are reading this message or care about the healthcare of the patients: please get your team together and train or educate your team about the ethics, accountability, compassionate, and integrity when dealing with the health of the patients. Your manger are the worst person in the office because she throws her front office staff under the bus and stay true to the HIPAA especially when calling patients and have them on speaker that everyone care hear the conversation and medical complications of other patients with their names exposed during the front staff's conversation.

First time here, and never coming back. No interpersonal skills. I didnt feel comfortable. I don't recommend Dr. Alnajjar as he was seeming dismissive just giving me a script not really concerned with what I was saying. He seemed fed up & started pointing his finger at me ???
