The first time I called, the automated system requested that I left a voice mail for a call back. No one called me back. The second time I called and waiting on hold for more than 5 minutes, the woman that answered the phone was very rude. Wasn't able to schedule me with any of the Beaumont doctors within 6 weeks. When I didn't have a back up name, other than Dr. Ghanem who my Dr. recommended, she sighed in the phone like I was putting her out. I will not be going to this office specifically because of the rude staff.
