Not a fan of this doctor or office. I feel they take advantage of elderly and their family members trying to help them from all the mistakes this office makes. Receptionists completely refuse to give lab orders when 90% of the time Corewell never electronically receives the lab order. Did the receptionist care at all? Nope. Now they are forcing sick elderly women to take another 30 minutes to call back and wait in a weirdly long wait time just to correct THEIR MISTAKE that she asked over and over again to please not do. How ignorant must someone be to purposefully make THEIR job harder (and other office personnel) and the paying customers job harder. Truly you have to lack so much critical thinking skills to not do basic menial job tasks well.
