I'm changing my review. After Emanuel left that office went down hill. I take care of my 83 grandfather, who takes multiple different medications.. he has been going here for years...this year has been the worst year. Trying to make him an appointment just so he can receive his medicine every month has been like pulling tooth and nail.. I have called for 5 days straight and get no answer, the phone doesn't even ring...not to mention before August anytime I would call the receptionist would just be rude..and bringing him in there and having him sit for 4 hours before the doctor even comes in is just ridiculous!! How many times have I brought him in here and had to fill out paper work with UPDATED information including telephone number but yet when they was doing televisit every single month they would send the link to the wrong number so I would have to call..it's just ridiculous here. This place is a joke. I'm wondering if the reason they are not answering is because Dr.Gambel finally said he was done and retired? If so, at least give patients a notice by mail.

......2024 update.. dr gamble and fawad (sorry for the spelling) literally saved my life from drug addiction i am forever greatful the world dont like it but i get to live i wouldnt have! They are amazing for this and please dont be affraid to be honest with them they arent police they want to help .. I love all the staff they are so helpful and seem like they actually care! It is hard to find dr offices like that these days!! I drive almost a hour to go there cause i really like the staff!!

Been coming here for over 10 years. Never had any issues until the past year or so. Have been trying for the past 3 weeks to make an appointment. They kept telling me to call in the morning because they were booked and only had same day appointments. So I called everyday for 3 weeks, most of the time there was no answer. I kept calling until someone picked up and they told me there were no available slots. Well today they told me they had an opening at 4:20. So I took the time off work and drove out there. Showed up at 4:13 and they said my appointment was at 4 and that they already marked me as a no show and there was absolutely no way they could let me see the doctor. I would have to call back tomorrow and try to get an appointment. I asked to speak to the doctor I have been seeing for 13 years and was told there was no way he would be able to speak with me. The lady at the front desk, someone I have never seen before, was extremely rude and unhelpful. As soon as I can find another doctor that will write my prescription I will not be back.

Been going here for 13 years. I hope he keeps his current staff, best to date. I do wish he would work on procedures for patients who get frequent blood draws such as my self. That process is very unorganized and frustraring.

I have been a long time patient of this office. Wait times could be lengthy at times but when you are in the office with Dr. Gambel you are his ONLY PATIENT. You can take your time, ask questions, etc. Any problems you have, voice them. This office and the staff has gotten even better through the years.
