I'm changing my review. After Emanuel left that office went down hill. I take care of my 83 grandfather, who takes multiple different medications.. he has been going here for years...this year has been the worst year. Trying to make him an appointment just so he can receive his medicine every month has been like pulling tooth and nail.. I have called for 5 days straight and get no answer, the phone doesn't even ring...not to mention before August anytime I would call the receptionist would just be rude..and bringing him in there and having him sit for 4 hours before the doctor even comes in is just ridiculous!! How many times have I brought him in here and had to fill out paper work with UPDATED information including telephone number but yet when they was doing televisit every single month they would send the link to the wrong number so I would have to call..it's just ridiculous here. This place is a joke. I'm wondering if the reason they are not answering is because Dr.Gambel finally said he was done and retired? If so, at least give patients a notice by mail.
