Corazon Imaging

I had a CT scan at the Waterford location. It was a little different because the machine is located in a trailer out back and the office is small and a bit dark, although clean. Don't let that bother you though. Everyone was polite, compassionate and helpful. It's hard to get an IV in me (hospitals and surgery centers have had to use ultrasound to find a vein) and the NP didn't even try because she didn't think she'd get it. One tech tried and the vein blew so she walked me to the trailer, where the tech there (Sarah) got it on the first try. I appreciate that they didn't treat me like a pincushion when they knew it would be tough. I'd rather get passed on to someone who can do the job. At all times, everyone was professional and pleasant. They all worked well together as a team. They explained everything clearly and seemed to care that I had a good experience. I would be happy to use Corazon Imaging again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Kati, Ashley, Lindsay and Sukaina all were Professional and polished. I was very impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of the entire medical office staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was respectful, helpful, and attentive to my needs.

The whole staff was personable, and professsional! I felt comfortable in their care!! I am a hard one to start an IV on...but they never made me feel like I was a pain ...altho I prob was!!.After 4 pokes. We did it!! They were so wonderful, put me at ease....I was so nervous!! Good job everyone!! I would give you each 10 stars!! Even those who called me before the visit were great!

I can only give 5 stars because thats as high as the scale goes. Courteous, friendly, and professional, dosen't begin to describe how well my experience was today. Malak, Sandra, Kati and Lindsay did an excellent job of explaining my procedure and any concerns that I may have had.

Corazon imaging in St Claire Shores opening day was wonderful I'm a person that It's hard to get my veins the nurse got it in one shot, I appreciated that. Everyone worked as a team and explain things thoroughly. I do wonder How would it be in the winter having to go outside to the trailer how would that affect things My one and only complaint, it was hard to find the building, you need to let patients know the addresse is on the side of the building not the front. I definitely Would go there again.
