1st Choice Urgent Care of Southfield

Tonight was the 2nd time I had an appointment here (both times for minor infections) and I couldn't be happier with the process of making an appointment as well as the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of the front desk staff. I was seen quickly both times by the doctor/PA, both of whom were personable, intelligent and very thorough. The location is less than a mile from my home so the time it took to make the appointment to the time I got back home was about 20 minutes!

They provided great service. I came in at 8:30p when they closed at 9p. Alexis checked me in & was very pleasant. Andy the doctor was very professional. Even though it was about 9p when he saw me, he took his time to examine me. He gave me a lot of helpful information about my situation. I left with peace of mind knowing how to remedy my issue.

I am so grateful for this urgent care! Super close to my house. I had to take two different kids within a week and both times, I checked in online, did all paperwork ahead of time and was in and out within 30 minutes! I could not ask for more convenience! And the staff was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful! Thank you!!

Front desk was amazing but the Doctor rushed (even though we were the ONLY patients there) and almost gave my 6yr old the wrong medicine/treatment. On our way out the door she realized the other test came back positive and gave us another medicine instead. If she wasn't rushing and actually took her time then that would not have happened.

Quick, attentive, and professional. The staff were friendly and the physician was detailed and showed a true concern for my niece. Overall, we'd return if needed.
