Update: The office Manager, Sarah contacted me after speaking with Dr. Hanna, he did in fact order the medicine for my husband. Sarah reassured me that she would be taking care of this and to contact her for future needs. The prescription was filled and on the way.

The terrible Triage Nurse , Leslie is literally holding up medication that keeps my husband from going to the ER. At our last Monday appointment with Dr. Hanna, he reassured us that he was sending out the needed medication to be filled. Leslie, who is NOT our Doctor, even told the medication manufacturer a lie that my husband takes the medicine at the same time as another one. He NEVER takes it the same day. I asked for Doctor Hanna to call me over a week ago and still no response. I'm only guessing that Leslie never told him. You should never have to fight with a bully to get the care that you need. Also my husband is a Retired Army Combat War Veteran. I am hoping Leslie reads this because this issue is not going away. Next stop State of Michigan Medical complaints. Have Dr. Hanna call me.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. I owe a bill that's in collections, 46.00 and some change. I offered to pay it on september 3. I get paid once a month. It has been very difficult in the last 2 years with covid. I've been paying on my bill every office visit. Since coming to dr hanna's office, the front office girl SARA was soooo rude to myself and whomever she was talking to on the phone .The billing manager Jane was also rude, she also said you wouldnt go into a grocery store and fill your basket and tell them youll pay them later . WOW can you believe that. I'm definitely getting a new doctor. I should of changed a long time ago the schoeherr staff has always been rude. The office in warren the staff was awesome. So friendly, great atmosphere. I miss dr k kim . The best cardiologists I know.
