Cardiology Associates of Michigan

My husband is a new patient there. He went for his appointment yesterday on 10/15, just to wait an hour and a half to be seen only to be told his results of the test he had were good. I'm sorry, but if your so backed up with patients why don't you have your patients leave and have them stay in the area and call them back. Or if it's something as simple of your results are good. Call them, don't make them waste their time only to say they are good. Very disappointed in how he had to wait so long yesterday.

I had an appointment 9/29/2022, my first time at this office. I signed in at 11am with my completed paperwork. Everyone in the lobby was taken back except me. My paperwork was finally put out for the MA to take me back at 1145am. I was on my lunch hour from my job. I went up to the front desk to tell them that I needed to reschedule because now I have waited 50 mins to even be called back. I also said that this office didn't leave a great first impression. I was then taken to the check out area to reschedule my appointment, Debbie from the office states that she will find out what happened and talk to the Dr and call me back. I never received a phone call and just today the day after I get a automated phone call from them stating that I missed my appointment and for me to call to reschedule. I don't know what this office is about but I would definitely find another Dr to see.

Previously a patient of Dr Castillo...he was great!! He retired so I was turned over to Dr Khambatta...I found her to be extremely rude...my cholesterol numbers had gone up since my previous visit a year before...her response room was, "What have you been doing, eating ice cream every night?" Who says this? Then she said, "This is just terrible"! Mind you, it went from 224 to 240...I admit it's not good, but make me feel worse why don't ya? I looked at her Assistant and said, "I could use some help here! Never going back to her...

The entire staff is really nice and work fast without sacrificing quality. Dr. Mesiha is very kind and knows her stuff. Office is always clean and you're usually in and out in a fair amount of time. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I am currently in the waiting room to be called back and my appointment was at 3:45p and 3 people have been called back i am not happy that I am still waiting and I think I should been called back by now I maybe update the stars later on I don't know yet.
