I went here and they found nothing wrong. Then I went into SVT and had to be shocked twice in the ambulance and stay two nights in the hospital. The Dr here gave me a surgery and didn't pay attention to the allergies on my chart. I broke out in hives and was put on a 10 day steroid by a different doctor. I have another heart issue pop up after. I have to wait months for an appointment just to wait 1-2 hours after my appointment time. He then rushes through the appointment, interrupts me and completely brushes me off. I'm going to a different doctor

If I schedule for work and don't show up, I would get fired. How could you, in good conscience, schedule someone for a time when you know you're going on vacation that day? Only to reschedule for 3 months after you get back. This place will charge you $400 to tell you nothing or what you already know. Especially if you need urgent care! 2025 edit: My family is still getting bills for X-rays we didn't ask for or need in the first place. You'll go in and tell them what's wrong, and so they look/x-ray everywhere else and will bill for it. That's how they make their money, and I warn you, put your foot down and tell them you're not here for extras, you're here for what's wrong. The health care equivalent of going to a Car Body Shop, and they tell you to get a new engine. Also your car is going to be in for 3 months because they're on vacation. The cherry on top: made my wheelchair bound father crawl walk, so his employers insurance wouldn't cover disability. "Fit for work" they wrote, after he had to be lifted back into the wheel chair, and no longer could eat by himself. Demons work here.

The wait time for your appointment is absolutely ridiculous. They require you there 15 minutes early for your appointment but you sit in the waiting room at LEAST an hour and a half! When complaining, I'm told the Dr ALWAYS runs at least that long behind and I should've been warned at scheduling. HOW is this best business practice?!!

This place is HORRIBLE! They work whenever they want. I see doctor bahnot & when they make an appointment they are fine BUT when you are having a SEVER ASTHMA ATTACK that's lasted a week they send you to every other desk but the one you need to schedule an appointment over the phone.

Ol Brenda (receptionist) needs a refresher course on common courtesy, I'm driving almost 2 hours to this Dr, got lost called there and she couldn't even tell me what the surrounding buildings were, she either drives to work blindfolded or someone peed in her Cheerios this morning, either way I was right next door to the place and she rescheduled me, I know there's a ridiculous wait time for the Dr but you don't have one minute of wiggle room, a patients time is just as valuable as a Dr's or at least it should be!
