Dr. Hani Zreik, MD

Dr. Zreik is a phenomenal specialist and this review is in no way towards him. This is aimed directly at the office staff specifically Nancy. She is rude incompetent and doesn't make notes of what excuses she tells what parent. I called regarding a refill that was unanswered to our pharmacy. Waited two days and called the office she stated they had phone issues and would get it done right then. Waited another two days the pharmacy sent another request and nothing. I called back, she gave me the same excuse. At this point my son had been out of his meds for two days his BP was 150s-160s and complaining of a headache. She could have cared less and continued to give me the same excuses she gave me two days prior. I have now transferred his care to another cardiologist, incompetent staff will ruin a practice.

My daughter has been seeing him for 16 years and he is amazing always...

Dr Zreik is a good doctor. He was always nice, answered questions, and made us feel better. However the office staff person Sally is rude and not good at her job. This person is 100% of the reason we left the office. Does not know how to schedule properly which caused EVERY appointment we made to get rescheduled. This was about 8 appointments in total. Always gave different reasons. Funerals, which I hope she wasn't lying about, 1 time triple booked an appointment, vacation, etc. Then denied ever having rescheduled me. I have voice-mails. One time I even called to check on my appointment since my mother took the appointment card so she could take the day off since I can't take my other child with me. I was told I didn't have an appointment so I made a new one. Guess what it got rescheduled 2 weeks before the appointment. My mother could no longer watch my other child so I told them I would be bringing both children as I had no other option. She then tried to cancel my appointment when I got there. I refused and she made me wait for her to come get me from the main entrance. Then lied to me about all the rescheduling and was rude to me about bringing my child. Thankfully I gave up on this office because now my child has been re-examined and was given a different prognosis, still not great but better. Also a different number of holes in their heart. 3 not 1 but somehow still better than what we originally were told. And they are getting surgery this spring rather than waiting another 3 years.

He is an amazing Dr... He has taken care of my son since he was 3 months old and he is now 28 yrs old. He loves coming to see Dr Zreik

Dr. Zreik is a great doctor. He helped me while trying to figure out a diagnosis. He was very kind and understanding. He was a doctor I didn't dread seeing. He made us laugh each visit even when we were frustrated. You can tell he cares about his patients.
