Amazing, kind receptionists! Caring and helpful each one of them! Drs are amazing, they listen and address concerns when I come in for my appointments. I see Dr Marandici and Pa Michelle. I have seen Dr Girgla who was filling in for Dr Marandici. I can't say enough good things about the Women's Heart Center, Drs or staff.

Out of four different echocardiogram techs, Dakota is the first to immediately locate my heart in it's new location (auto accident and abdominal tumor rearranged my insides) without digging painting into my ribcage. I'm very thankful for her and her patience. Everyone is helpful and kind. I did not feel like an inconvenience or a number.

I am so impressed by my doctor here - she is an incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and knowledgable cardiologist and really makes you feel at ease with whatever it is you might be going through as a patient of cardiology. MY ONLY complaint right now is having had my first appointment since COVID started, I was shocked to see that a few nurses had masks down around their noses that they quickly pulled up when patients appeared/turned the corner, and one of the front desk associates had her mask completely OFF HER FACE to handle phone calls, as patients like me are standing there checking in and out with the other associate. Her mouth and nose were completely exposed. I felt too anxious to address it on the spot. It left me feeling unsafe and very uncomfortable, not to mention uneasy about returning for future appointments. It's unsettling as it is going into a major hospital amid a pandemic. I hope the office will see this comment and make sure all staff have masks on while patients are present, just as we patients are expected (and should!) have ours on.

Wow, when you go to Beaumont in general you feel like a special person. But the Ministrelli Women's Heart Center is all about comfort. The staff and the doctors alike are there to sooth you. I was impressed with the waiting area and the exam rooms.. The doctor was engaging and detailed in trying to figure out what's ailing me.

Finally someone who listens! As a 25 year old who was experiencing SERIOUS health issues after COVID that had sent me to the ER more than once, no doctor seemed to take me seriously. The ER would keep me for hours and then say they couldn't find anything and send me home with no relief. I finally went in to Ministrelli and Dr. Marcovitz knew what it was and how to help immediately! She listened to my every concern and made me feel safe and sane. She and the whole staff really cares about my recovery, following up with me every step of the way. She's so sweet and I can't thank her enough.
