My husband is a new patient of Dr Kador. After meeting him, he wanted my husband to have a series of tests done all of which needed to be scheduled several weeks out. Jessica, the tech, was able to move my husbands appt up for his echocardiogram saving us several weeks of waiting. When we arrived for that appt, she was so friendly and professional. She was able to talk us through the procedure. She then went above and beyond and was able arrange having his ABI test done while we were already there minimizing yet another appointment and more waiting. We are so thankful for her care and feel like my husband was well cared for.

I'm impressed at how well this office is run. Dr. Ravi is a great Doctor with good bedside manner and the staff are always nice. The wait time is always reasonable. I had to reschedule my followup appointment a couple times but it's no big deal. There are no rude or grumpy staff members like most doctors offices seem to have. That probably means they are all treated like valuable members of the team and are most likely paid fair wages.

I am a new patient and showed up almost a hour early for my appointment. I didn't expect to go in early because I showed up early. I waited in the lobby until my appointment time. Once in the back, I am going on almost a hour and a half waiting for a doctor. so far I have asked once "how long it's gonna be?"Going on a two hour wait in the room as we speak:". Overall, the staff is very nice and have great bedside manners.

I made an appointment a month ago, only for the them to call me the day before to tell me they moved my appointment to a different time when I wasn't available. I've been waiting to see a cardiologist here for a month, how can I be expected to just rearrange my schedule on such short notice when the appointment was made a month prior? Very disappointing. I would've been ok if the appointment was changed with a difference of 1 or 2 hours, but 9am to 3pm? On top of that no sooner appointment was available. Unacceptable.
