Two generations of Atallah's have taken care of two generations of my family. Considering the excellent health of these patients it is evident to me that the care we have received has been exceptional. Doctor Pierre Charbel Atallah, is thorough, up to date, energetic, and professional, yet accessible. He is timely with his appointments and answers whatever questions come up. My experiences with the rest of the staff, along with the EECP, Stress Testing, Ultrasound, and CT Scanning departments have been friendly, informative, vital, and accommodating. The equipment involved is clean and maintained. I have always received full attention from the reception / scheduling staff. They take the time needed with each patient and I never felt rushed. I haven't experienced any problems with insurance or payments, and the same goes with prescriptions. I drive extra miles out of my way to go to the Rochester Medical Center, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for thorough and contemporary health treatment.

i lost my insurance because i lost my job and had to get medicaid, therefore i couldn't see my usual PCP and chose to give dr. atallah a try. the first visit went well, everyone was super nice and he seemed to want to help me figure out my medications and issues i was experiencing. after informing the doctor these medicines which he prescribed for me to try out didn't work he told me to go ahead and switch back to what i was taking before. of course, eventually, i ran out of the original medication and called to refill it on a friday. the lady who i spoke with told me i would have to come and pick up the physical prescription on monday, two days past when my medication ran out. so monday comes and i call about coming to get the prescription and they tell me i actually need to make an appointment before i can get any controlled substance (which i would have done if they had told me this the two other opportunities they had to do so) at this point i've been out of my anxiety medication for days, and now i have to wait 2 more days to see the doctor. i started crying on the phone explaining that i was out of my medication and i didn't think i could go any longer without medicine. the woman who spoke with me was SO RUDE, and very OBVIOUSLY did not care at all for my well being. i was so upset after speaking with her i called back and cancelled my appointment hoping i could find an office that actually gave a ****. for reference, my anxiety is so SEVERE, that my panic attacks send me in to full convulsions, so i knew i needed to find help fast. i had multiple panic attacks while i waited for everything to work out. BECAUSE of the prescriptions dr. atallah prescribed to me, i was unable to find another doctor because my chart looked so suspicious. no one would help until the "prescription he wrote (which didn't work and he told me to stop taking) ran out" and that wasn't for another 2 weeks. i called dr atallahs office back begging them to see me and they said they could do a telemedicine call on friday - this wasn't going to work for me, and spiraled me into one of my worst panic attacks yet. my mom, seeing me practically seizing and unable to breathe called the office herself. not only were they extremely rude to her as well, they told her they would not prescribe me the medication i needed because of the medication they prescribed previously, which again, did not work and i was told to stop taking. and to add insult to injury, they told me to never come back to their office assumably because they didn't want to deal with me, or actually help me in any way. this is the worst treatment i've ever experienced by a doctor and their staff. they do not care about their patients what so ever. i've never felt so let down by a medical practitioner. This office, the employees, the doctor should all be ashamed of themselves. if karma is real i hope it hits this office hard. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Dr. Atallah is a very knowledgeable cardiologist who has all the diagnostic tools necessary for in depth evaluation of almost any heart ailment. He listens to what you have to say and is willing to explore all possibilities to diagnose problems. He can be a bit technical but he knows what he is doing. As a result, he saved my life. I won't go anywhere else.
