Dr. Geoffrey M. Saham, MD

My husband has been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes (and counting) to see this doctor (half time in waiting room, half in exam room). When I called the desk to ask the status of his appointment, all I got was "Dr. Sam is very thorough and has a lot of patients on his schedule". Incompetent scheduler maybe? The doc was clearly backed up before the hubs 2:45p appt. They could've had the courtesy to either call and tell him before he showed or even tell him when he got there...or anywhere along this ordeal. Our family breadwinner is now going to miss an important conference call because of how this office operates. It is extremely disrespectful to ask patients who show up on time to wait this absurd amount of time! But sadly people are at the mercy of his specialty, so they have to wait. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This is the hubs first appt there and this impression is gross!

Billing lady was rude and not helpful. Was getting worked up for asking why I had a charge from their Dr's office, when I had already paid my bills from two other Dr's offices. Apparently they just bill insurance to "read" results.

Never met a doctor that would spend so much time going over my concerns, even reading my notes, despite the fact that I am a young healthy individual that was just experiencing PVCs. He really cares.
