Advanced Cardiology Associates

I called to schedule some tests that were ordered by my cardiologist, I was told that the person I needed to speak to was with another patient. I had no problem with that, I left my name, phone number, and tests that I needed scheduled with whomever I spoke with. The problem I have is that it has been 2 days since then and I haven't received a call back. I called after hours to leave a message to see if they could call me back in the morning, I pressed 1 like the automated system directed me to do, but was unable to leave a message. It shouldn't be this hard to schedule an appointment.

We were told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, which we did. The medical building did not have handicap accessibility, as in automatic doors for those in wheelchairs. After waiting an hour, I asked the receptionist why we still waiting and she responded that there were still two patients ahead of my Dad. I told her after an hour there shouldn't be anyone ahead of my Dad. She stated someone would come out soon to take him back for his EKG and I told her he wasn't getting an EKG because we were only there for a consult, not a checkup. She said everyone gets an EKG, so they are padding their bills with unnecessary procedures as well as assigning 3-4 people for every appointment. After sitting another 15 minutes we told her we were leaving because we kept our appointment but the doctor stood us up. She actually thought we might want to reschedule. This is not acceptable patient care. I will be contacting Medicare to ensure they don't receive money for this sham of appointment.

I like Dr. Prasad; he's straight-to-the-point and attentive to your personal health goals. The front office staff and MAs are excellent. Calls are returned promptly and I always feel welcome when I walk in. Out of all the doctors' offices I've been to, the entrance staff here are by far the kindest.

Building may be a little outdated but the staff is all very professional and outgoing. Dr. Prasad looks at all the data before making any decision, very thorough with every test. Every appointment was as expected or ahead of schedule.

Been coming here since 2010. Never had a problem. The doctors are great and have taken care of me with no worries. The staff has always been great. I usually get in and out in a timely manner. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about and I come here monthly. Its a doctors office, so there will be some waiting involved.
